I am currently working as a creative strategy lead at Trade School for our Shark/Ninja account. Campaigns on everything from air purifiers to vacuums to pressure cookers are currently in production and will be added on completion.


Ninja Foodi: Bring More

A brand that has so far relied on product-specific campaigns, Shark/Ninja tasked our team with created their first ever brand spot for their Foodi kitchen appliance line.

Foodi appliances are defined by their ability to do more: whether that is bringing more flavor with elevated, tasty food, or their versatility and ability to bring more than one cooking method with one appliance.

So for this concept, we empowered our customers to bring more to the table with our Ninja Foodi kitchen appliances.


The Power Pitcher

Shark/Ninja comes from the world of infomercials –– and it’s worked for them, turning them into a multi-billion dollar company. So it can be a process to show a leadership team of engineers the importance of brand-building beyond the product level.

This was our first step with them, a product launch for their new state-of-the-art blender. While we had to get a lot of product points into this spot, we were able to introduce at least some humanity. And the drool-worthy shots of those food outputs helped drive one of the brand’s most successful campaigns yet. And it meant we are now brought in on all of their product launches for 2021.

I served as the lead strategist on this campaign, honing the concept of rethinking what a blender can do. We were able to show off the versatility that defines the Shark/Ninja brand in a way that can be built on for future product launches.
